Charlie and Bella – best friends forever!

Parakeet Charlie has a pretty unusual (and adorable) best friend: Bella the cat. Bella is a three-year-old rescue kitty and Charlie is four and a half. Their pet parent Kristi always supervises when they’re together, but Bella does not bother him at all. Charlie talks to Bella all the time, and yells “Here kitty, kitty!”
